Jennifer has worked in the financial services industry since 2013, building experience across a variety of client-focused and operational roles before stepping into her current position as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, she helps ensure the firm operates efficiently and thoughtfully, supporting both the team and the clients they serve. Jennifer is also a notary public, allowing her to provide an added layer of support as part of the client experience.
Originally from Rockford, Illinois, Jennifer lives in Decatur with her partner, Jimmy, and their two cats, Merle and Guinness. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and traveling, but her true passion is live music. She and Jimmy almost always have a concert on the calendar and enjoy spending time together exploring new shows.
