After graduating from Northern Illinois University, Renée began her career in retail banking in 2006 at J.P. Morgan Chase in the Chicago area. She later joined an independent financial planning firm in Downers Grove, Illinois, with a long-term goal of becoming a financial advisor. In 2015, she earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification and soon after joined Dunlap & Associates Wealth Management.
As her leadership within the firm grew, Renée became instrumental in shaping its next chapter — guiding the vision and launch of Parliament Wealth. Parliament Wealth reflects a refined, forward-looking advisory experience grounded in disciplined strategy and enduring relationships. Renée set out to build a firm that feels both personal and purposeful, designed to support clients through pivotal financial decisions with direction and confidence.
Renée works closely with clients to help them identify and achieve their goals through an integrated planning process. She understands that financial uncertainty can be stressful, and her mission is to replace confusion with structure — developing thoughtful savings strategies and sustainable, tax-efficient income plans tailored to each client’s priorities.
She has developed a strong focus on supporting individuals navigating significant life changes, including divorce or the loss of a spouse. In these moments, Renée brings both professional expertise and personal insight, helping clients move forward with steadiness and informed confidence.
Renée and her husband, Jack, live in Peachtree City with Renée’s daughter, Chloe, and their two dogs, Ollie and Happy. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time outdoors, riding One-Wheels, walking the dogs, and unwinding with a good book.
